Lessons cannot be cancelled or refunded, only rescheduled.

A 15-minute window for tardiness is permitted, at the cost of the student’s time in lesson. Beyond that, the lesson will be considered forfeit, and no refund will be offered.

  • Students must have a stable computer, laptop or tablet, with a stable internet or 4G wireless connection.

Smart phones are permitted but not recommended.

Students are required to wear headphones or earbuds, and must be in a private space or room, free of distractions.

  • No. Your computer, tablet, or smartphone should have a built in microphone, which will be acceptable as long as it is in working order.

If you do have a microphone with a professional interface, it will improve the quality of your lessons, but this is not required.

  • All students must be over the age of 18. Minor students can only accepted by referral.

  • As a disabled woman myself, I do make every attempt to accommodate for disabilities. I am familiar with neurodivergent conditions (such as Autism, ADHD, Anxiety Disorder) and I try to create a trauma-informed studio environment.

I do request that students make every effort to show up prepared and ready to learn. I am more than willing to hold space for students who are encountering difficulty, with the understanding that I cannot afford to offer refunds for time spent outside of a learning environment.
